Outrage As The Game Unveils Controversial Album Cover to “Jesus Piece”
Fans of Game know his personality and public persona are as uncensored as they come, and while it can be argued whether or not Game actually ever intends to stir up controversy, his new album cover for “Jesus Piece” is sure to do just that.
The cover is a depiction of a black Jesus with a gold “jesus piece” on. Hopefully the music will be up to par with the controversy, although he won’t have to do it all on his own, as Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, and Scarface will all reportedly appear on the album.
Artists also reacted… check after the cut
Busta Rhymes, Mac Miller, and Kevin Hart have all responded to Game’s new controversial artwork for his “Jesus Piece” cover, and most of the reactions have been positive.
Busta wrote, “This artwork is brilliant!! RT @thegame: #jesuspiece”
Pitssburgh spitter Mac Miller had almost the same reaction. He tweeted, “Games cover is tight as f*ck. pic.twitter.com/TIYBoIqp”
Even Kevin Hart joined the conversation, calling Game the “only person in the world that would make JESUS a thug in a picture.”
